The academy has a library facility at the first floor of the main building which provides reading and reference materials to support teaching and training programs where trainers and course participants are exposed to various ideas through the use of library resources. 

The Library therefore supports the total Academy's program by:-  

•Providing intellectual and physical access to materials in all formats 

•Providing instruction to promote competence & stimulate interest in reading, viewing, using information and ideas. 

•Working with other educators to design learning strategies to meet the needs of Individual training. 

•Lending of Library information resources.

•Facilitates researches.

The Library maintains 5 major collections which is General Works (000), Philosophy (100), Social Sciences (300), Languages (400) and History, Geography, Biography (900). The Library is divided into 5 sections which are Reference Section, Special Reserve Section, General collection, Lending Section and Audio and Visual Materials Section.
